__The mission of Animal Assisted Therapy Services, Inc. is to provide persons with physical, cognitive, psychosocial, and emotional disabilities the opportunity to experience the power of the unique human /animal bond as therapeutic intervention thus promoting lifelong health and wellness. Animal Assisted Therapy Services is dedicated to training, research, and education in this emerging field of Recreational Therapy.
Winter Session begins January 6, 2014! Programs Administrated by: Animal Assisted Therapy Services and the Beth Patella Center for Music Therapeutic Recreation Center, 19 Hazel Terrace, Woodbridge (Complete schedule of classes under the "More" tab!) Chase the cold and warm your heart!
Needlework Social Circle. Help knit/crochet warm scarves for homeless Veterans and cozy blankets for animal shelters. Donations of needles and yarn needed!
Yoga and Meditation
"Indoor" Therapeutic Horsemanship (in lieu of Winter Session at the farm). Stay in shape while having fun and you will be ready for riding this Spring! (Class description under Equine Programs)
